What It’s Like You’ll join T-Advertising, a team inside T-Mobile’s Growth and Emerging Business unit. We’re small enough that your voice is heard and big enough that your work reaches real customers. The pace is fast and collaborative. In a typical week, you’ll sit in on product and engineering syncs, talk with Sales and Customer Success partners, dig into market research, and work with your mentor to turn what you learn into product decisions. What You’ll Do We’re building software that powers programmatic out-of-home advertising, bringing ads to life in real life. You’ll help us find and solve a real problem in the programmatic marketplace, using T-Mobile’s unique carrier data to make out-of-home ads more effective. You’ll own your project from discovery through scoping, design, and build, so you can see your ideas turn into product. Key Responsibilities Build strong working relationships across Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders in Sales and Customer Success Gather customer and stakeholder feedback to support product discovery Identify a problem space within the programmatic marketplace and shape a solution Define product requirements, user stories, and use cases Scope requirements and partner on designs and builds with Engineering and Design Conduct competitive research and market analysis to inform product decisions Present your findings and recommendations to team leaders What It Takes Interest in product management, product design, or the intersection of technology and user experience Eager, outgoing, and ambitious, with strong teamwork and communication skills Curious and willing to challenge assumptions, ask the hard questions, and move with urgency Comfortable working across technical and business teams and turning feedback into clear next steps Minimum Qualifications At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future Must have one or more course(s) remaining in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program post internship Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for external Summer Internships, please see Magenta Accelerator if interested Relocation assistance will be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.
