Responsibilities: Responsible for making improvements of processes, systems or products to enhance performance of the job area or maybe responsible for developing technical solutions that require collaboration with internal expertise and deep analysis of the technical system. Perform day-to-day project management activities, including issue resolution, coordination of initiatives, schedule management, risk/quality management, and reporting. Identify and report project issues. Qualify each issue; perform an analysis of alternatives for issue resolution, track progress towards completion in weekly and monthly status reports (WSR & MSR) and report resolution of each issue. Supervise a team consisting of professionals, directs and reviews the work of team members in order to accomplish operational plans and results. Provides primary input to hiring, firing, promotion, performance and rewards decisions for direct reports. Plans/establishes or works to achieve goals and objectives for a team, with direct impact on the immediate- or short-term operational results of the department (e.g., less than 1 year). May be responsible for entire projects or process within job area Qualifications: Required: Requires a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and a minimum of 7 years of related experience. Requires active SECRET Clearance. Knowledge of Navy Personnel data and business rules and/or EMPRS, PERSTEMPO Help Desk and/or Message Center operations. Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
