What the Program Will Provide A great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supplier management, data analysis in both business and engineering field, and managerial level reporting within the semiconductor industry. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Thus, we are seeking a highly motivated intern to support Global service projects and reporting initiatives within our TKM business. The position will entail the following: Extract, Clean and analyze supply chain data from multiple internal database using Excel, Tableau and AI to support operational insights and decision- making. Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and automated reports to monitor key metrics such as cost, logistics performance, supplier capacity and operational efficiency. Collaborate with Purchasing, Operation, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and data driven optimization. Conduct TKM Cost- Saving global initiatives alignment and prepare executive -level status reports for presentation to global leadership. Be a leadership team’s thought partner by developing plans and deploying to bring up multiple global suppliers in parallel. Provide support in ad hoc projects and initiatives related to supplier management and performance optimization. TECHNICAL SKILLS: MS office ( Excel, Powerpoint), Tableau, AI prompt); Tableau ( preferred skillsets) REQUIREMENTS/EDUCATION: Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Data science, Statistics, MBA or related business degree. Good academic standing with a GPA of 3.5 or above on a 4.0 scale preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on building trust. Quick learner and able to solve problems creatively and analytically. Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm. Comfortable working in the manufacturing cleanroom environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Python, SQL, and Data visualization -Tableau.
