As a Life Enrichment Manager, you create personalized Life Skills experiences that foster purpose, familiarity, and meaningful moments for residents living with memory loss. What You’ll Do: • Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities • Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines • Organize small groups and enrichment clubs • Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities • Document participation per quality standards • Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies • Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement • Assist residents to and from programs and activities You help residents experience purpose, connection, and dignity through structured, resident-centered programming. What We’re Looking For: • 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors • High School Diploma/GED; age 18+ • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability • Experience leading group activities preferred Life Enrichment Manager – Create Purposeful Moments for Seniors with Memory Loss Life Enrichment Manager | Memory Care | Senior Living Pay Range: 20.65 - 25.90 Employment Type: Casual This position is classified as a casual role. Casual employees work on an as-needed basis with no guaranteed hours and are not considered permanent employees. Employment is not guaranteed for any specific duration and may be ended at any time in accordance with applicable employment standards.
