Working closely with the Vehicle Data Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring vehicle, pricing and quotation data remains accurate, up to date and available to support our customers, partners and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Supporting the day-to-day operation of the Vehicle Data team. Coordinating workloads and resource allocation to ensure service levels are achieved. Acting as an escalation point for complex vehicle data and quotation queries. Coaching and supporting team members to develop their skills and performance. Monitoring service levels, quality and productivity metrics. Maintaining accurate vehicle, pricing and quotation data. Supporting process improvements, system enhancements and business change initiatives. Deputising for the Vehicle Data Manager when required. Skills and Experience Experience within vehicle data, pricing, quotations, fleet administration or a similar operational environment. Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail. Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills. Experience working with databases and large volumes of data. Proven ability to support, coach or mentor colleagues. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience within the automotive, leasing or fleet sector. Automotive, fleet or leasing industry experience would be advantageous.
