Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Manager – Creative Lead to lead the creative vision, strategy, and development of innovative brand concepts, campaigns, and experiential solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for translating business objectives and client requirements into compelling creative strategies, distinctive brand narratives, and engaging visual and experiential concepts. The role involves overseeing the end-to-end creative development process, ensuring all deliverables are strategically aligned, visually impactful, and consistent with brand standards.
Requirements
1. Creative Strategy & Business Development
- Develop innovative creative concepts and campaign platforms for exhibitions, conferences, summits, and large-scale events.
- Contribute to business development activities through creative pitches, proposals, credentials, and strategic presentations.
- Identify opportunities to expand creative services across brand identity, spatial design, content development, and immersive experiences.
- Develop creative solutions that differentiate client offerings and strengthen market positioning.
2. Creative Operations & Project Management
- Lead end-to-end creative development across campaigns, event identities, content systems, and experiential environments.
- Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including designers, copywriters, strategists, and external creative partners.
- Oversee creative workflows, design reviews, feedback, and approval processes.
- Ensure creative deliverables are completed on time and meet client expectations and quality standards.
- Maintain consistency and excellence across all creative executions.
3. Brand Governance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure all creative outputs comply with established brand guidelines, communication strategies, and organisational standards.
- Maintain consistency across visual identities, brand messaging, and experiential designs.
- Oversee quality assurance to protect brand integrity and ensure high-quality creative delivery.
- Ensure compliance with governance requirements, particularly for government and high-profile client projects.
4. Creative Leadership & Team Development
- Define and champion the overall creative vision and standards within the Brand Management function.
- Provide creative direction, leadership, and mentorship to internal teams.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance creative environment.
- Encourage creative excellence, continuous improvement, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Support team performance through effective planning, delegation, and empowerment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience in creative leadership roles within advertising agencies, creative agencies, or integrated communications environments.
- Proven experience leading creative concepts and integrated brand or campaign development.
- Experience in exhibitions, conferences, events, experiential marketing, or large-scale brand activations is highly relevant.
