Job Title Team Leader Job Description Job Responsibilities: • Supervises and guides a compact team of skilled direct reports, ensuring their productivity and effectiveness in executing tasks with precision and efficiency. • Develops comprehensive financial forecasts and annual operating plans to strategically guide financial decisions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. • Maximizes manufacturing performance by meticulously optimizing key metrics such as productivity, equipment utilization, cost of non-quality, and overall efficiency, thereby enhancing operational effectiveness and streamlining production processes. • Provides thorough and ongoing training to operators in production processes and Health & Safety protocols, prioritizing their competence and safety while executing tasks. • Ensures strict adherence to specifications and requirements in work instructions and tools utilized throughout the production process, maintaining consistency and accuracy. • Actively implements Lean project methodologies and facilitates the seamless integration of New Product Introduction (NPI) processes to streamline operations, drive efficiency, and foster continuous improvement. • Takes charge of preparing and implementing manufacturing production processes, meticulously ensuring the delivery of safe, compliant, and high-quality products and services to customers. • Innovates and identifies novel methods to optimize workflow, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and driving efficiency and excellence in production operations. • Guides and mentors the team, actively contributing to employee selection, performance management, compensation management, career development, and overseeing operational processes. Bachelor’s degree- Must Proven track record in a Manufacturing/ Production environment, Engineering, Operations, or related field Prior experience in team leadership or supervisory roles preferred Knowledge of Lean / Continuous Improvement methodologies is an advantage Anything else Compensation & benefits Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is €[48,611]–€[81,081]. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
