What You Will Work On Leading the internal audit function means setting the tone for strong controls, thoughtful risk management, and meaningful collaboration across the organization. This role owns the SOX program, guiding planning, execution, and oversight to ensure compliance and clarity in reporting. Each audit cycle gives you opportunities to deepen your understanding of the business, refine processes, and influence corrective actions. Beyond SOX, the work includes overseeing operational audits, supporting new system implementations, and contributing to strategic initiatives like ERM and ESG. You'll help shape audit plans, coach team members, and manage the full lifecycle of engagements from planning to reporting. The pace is dynamic, and your leadership helps drive consistency, quality, and efficiency in every project. Who You Will Work With This role partners closely with the VP of Internal Audit, audit staff, contractors, and cross-functional teams across finance, operations, and technology. Collaboration with internal and external auditors, consultants, and business leaders ensures that audits are completed effectively and remediation plans stay on track. Frequent interaction with executive leadership provides opportunities to strengthen communication skills, build presence, and influence discussions that shape the company’s risk landscape. What You Bring Bring your energy, your ideas, and your love for sports and the outdoors.
