This includes overseeing lift ticket and lesson sales, a small rentals facility, and the operation of one "magic carpet" & surrounding beginner teaching area. Coordinates daily staffing. Helps create a positive guest experience by resolving issues, providing information, and ensuring operational standards are maintained. Acts as a key point of communication between guests, instructors, supervisors and other resort departments Responsible for coaching, measurement and recognition of employee performance – including seasonal performance reviews. High level of emotional intelligence. Superior communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to provide great guest service. Strong understanding of Ski & Ride School operations preferred. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Pay starts at $27 per hour.
