The Expertise and Skills You Bring Bachelor’s degree required, Advanced Degree a plus. 4 plus years of experience generating analytical insights to drive business actions. Experience with a range of analytical tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, etc. Experience in designing and developing dashboards and reports by using Tableau or Power BI. Experience using and querying big data technologies such as Snowflake, Athena, etc. Experience leveraging AI, Generative AI, and automation tools to improve efficiency across insight generation process is a plus. The Team We are looking for analytics professional to be a creative and collaborative team member, helping develop and lead data and hypothesis driven initiatives. As an indispensable member of Advanced Analytics and Customer Insights, you'll be embedded in Fidelity’s Brokerage business unit and will work with an agile inter-disciplinary team with a diverse set of skills across analytics, engineering, data science, marketing, product development etc., to optimize and personalize the Fidelity experience. Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles. The base salary range for this position is $97,000-185,000 USD per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
