The Expertise and Skills You Bring 2-4 + years of experience in talent sourcing or executive search experience required Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates across a variety of functions and levels, including experienced professional and leadership talent. Expertise utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Hire Ez, various talent intelligence platforms, applicant tracking systems, and other sourcing tools. Strong ability to develop creative sourcing strategies and talent-mapping approaches to identify high-caliber candidates. Experience conducting market research, competitive intelligence, and talent landscape analyses to support hiring decisions. Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and business stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality, organization, and responsiveness. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sourcing metrics and use data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
