Responsibilities: GENERAL PURPOSE: Plans, organizes and directs the clinical and educational activities of the Respiratory Therapy Department including responsibility for the supervision, development and technical performance of assigned staff. FT position, no weekends, holidays, or night shifts. Provide clinical, educational resource and leadership support for the Pulmonary clinic. Area of focus will be in Coordinating clinical care, in servicing staff, competency development and documentation. Must have a strong clinical base as well as interest/background in customer service, quality assurance, orientation and continuing education.
