Be part of a supportive dealership team focused on providing a great customer experience Full-time opportunity Opportunity to gain experience in a busy automotive dealership environment Work with experienced service professionals Build valuable customer service and automotive industry experience What You'll Do Welcome customers as they arrive in the service lane and help direct them to the appropriate team member Help maintain an organized flow of vehicles through the service lane Communicate customer arrivals to Service Advisors and other service team members Help customers navigate the dealership and answer general questions Help move or stage customer vehicles Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service lane Provide additional support to the service department What You'll Bring 1 year of previous customer service or automotive dealership experience Comfort assisting customers and responding to questions Comfort working with customers and dealership team members throughout the day Comfort keeping work organized and completing tasks. Comfortable learning dealership procedures and service processes Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence. Total Rewards The Hourly Pay for this position is $18.00. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
