What You'll Do Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical vehicle concerns. Perform advanced engine, transmission, drivetrain, steering, suspension, and brake repairs. Troubleshoot vehicle electrical, electronic, and computer systems. Complete repairs according to Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram standards. Perform warranty and customer-pay repairs accurately and efficiently. Use diagnostic equipment and technical resources to identify vehicle concerns. Complete repair orders and document work performed. Perform multi-point inspections and recommend needed repairs. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Work with service advisors and other technicians to provide a strong customer experience. What You'll Bring 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience. Current Stellantis/CDJR Master Technician certification. Experience diagnosing and repairing Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles. Advanced knowledge of automotive electrical and diagnostic systems. Experience with engine, transmission, drivetrain, steering, suspension, and brake repair. Understanding of manufacturer diagnostic tools and service information. Understanding of complete repairs and diagnosing accurately and efficiently. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
