Job Description Responsibilities: Maintain all backup infra for onsite & offsite (Veeam) Provide network support for NAC (Infoexpress CGX) Maintain all firewall services and change requests for all 4 locations Maintain HCI (Nutanix) in Ren Ci Community Hospital Manage all ISP contracts and renewals/tech refresh Maintain all Wifi infra for all 4 locations (Aruba, Cisco, Ruckus) Manage all NAS asset lifecycle (Synology) Manage all server asset lifecycle (Physical Server, HCI cluster - Nutanix) Maintan organisation SSL certificates Manage all UPS asset lifecycle (APC) Maintain all network infra for all 4 locations (Cisco, HP, Aruba, Lenovo) Manage the server room relocation project for RCCH Requirements Graduates in relevant fields of studies (IT, Infocomm, Com Science, Etc..) Ability to communicate fluently and write in the English language People with 3-5 years of IT related working experience are preferred. Troubleshooting skills for IT support.
