- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement,
and developing and implementing solutions. - Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Identifies and defines tactical operational performance metrics geared towards meeting country
objectives by analysing the existing gaps. - Collaborates with other areas to ensure that best practices and a standard approach is followed.
Provides accurate and timeous MIS (from relevant sources) as per the matrix agreed with Centre
(ROA Operations) to enable informed decision.
- BSc in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- Professional certification such as Lean Six Sigma (Green /Black Belt), Business Analysis Trainings & Certifications (CBAP) etc. can be an added advantage.
Experience:
- 5-7years Experience in management of complex operations, ideally within the financial service sector.
- Knowledge in process / project management is required.
