How you’ll make an impact · Support and gradually take ownership of quality activities related to products, processes, and customer requirements. · Coordinate investigations of quality deviations and customer complaints, driving resolution together with cross-functional teams. · Serve as quality contact and support customer communication on quality-related topics. · Lead or support structured problem-solving activities using methodologies such as 8D. · Analyze quality performance data and contribute to improvement initiatives. · Maintain and develop risk assessments, control plans, and quality documentation. · Participate in audits and support corrective action follow-up. · Collaborate with production teams to improve process capability, product quality, and operational performance. Your background A technical degree or equivalent experience from a manufacturing environment. A hands-on mindset with the ability to get things done. Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving. The ability to work methodically while maintaining a practical focus. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and create engagement among colleagues. A collaborative approach and the ability to influence and drive quality improvements across the organization. Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
