About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, hands-on, and detail-oriented Event Setup Assistant to help prepare event spaces for promotional activities, brand activations, and special events. Responsibilities
Assist with setting up event spaces according to provided instructions.
Arrange tables, displays, signage, and promotional materials.
Organize event supplies and ensure materials are ready before activities begin.
Help maintain clean, safe, and organized event areas.
Support the breakdown and storage of event equipment after activities.
Coordinate with team members to complete setup tasks on schedule.
Assist with general event needs as they arise.
