Job Title: Production Engineer Summary: To lead the daily Plant operations in the areas of EHS, quality, production and implementing continuous improvements initiatives in coordination with Team members, and cross functional team Responsibilities Include: Manage day-to-day operations to effectively deliver quality product, production schedule attainment and also strict adherence to EHS requirements. Implement the continuous improvement initiatives in the areas of Quality, Safety, Cost and People. Monitor and measure the variance and implement the approved action. Participation in internal and regulatory audits and ensure follow up actions, Initiates and documents change controls as appropriate. Coordinate all change management activities in the area. Working with Team members and maintenance team on prioritizing the Maintenance work To ensure all Operations are carried out as per the Company's Safety Norms & ensure adherence to Company Quality & EHS procedures and policies Sound knowledge in DCS/MES, Process Trouble shooting and Manpower management. Utilization of SAP and Lean tools Review, verify, and authorize HRA SWP's to ensure all hazards are identified, controls are implemented, and work is conducted in compliance with MPM Management system requirements #LI-AR1 Qualifications: B.Tech (Chemical engineering) with 5-9 years of experience in chemical industry What We Offer: At Momentive, we value your well-being and offer competitive total rewards and development programs.
