We’re seeking a Nurse Educator to lead unit-based education, support staff development, and promote high-quality, patient-centered care. This role serves as a clinical and educational resource, supporting orientation, competency validation, and ongoing learning for critical care teams. Partners with leadership and interdisciplinary teams to strengthen evidence-based practice, quality outcomes, and patient safety. Provides direct patient care as needed. Requirements: Active Georgia RN license Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) Minimum 3 years RN experience Professional certification in a clinical or education specialty Professional organization membership.
