[What the role is] Personal Assistant to Senior Management This role will require you to provide high-level administrative support to NEA’s senior management. You will serve as the main point of contact, providing key secretariat and administrative support to senior management, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the Principal's office. [What you will be working on] You will be responsible for a range of secretariat and administrative support, including the following: Assist in coordination of meetings such as scheduling, preparation of meeting materials, documents and logistics, and other related duties to ensure that Principal is prepared for the necessary meetings and events. Manage the Principal's schedule in consultation with other stakeholders to ensure smooth transition between meetings/appointments. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
