Responsibilities Manage a significant operational area for the organization. Manage short- and medium-term service operations for several departments or units. Oversee the Smart Forms and PDF Forms teams, including the management of associated technologies, product roadmaps, system enhancements, and ongoing operational support. Establish and manage product and technology roadmaps, partnering with business units, IT, and vendors to prioritize enhancements, address system challenges, and support evolving business needs. Develop and/or deliver a plan for significant aspects of internal communications with guidance from senior colleagues. Identify and communicate the actions needed to implement the function's strategy and business plan within the business area or department; explain the relationship to the broader organization's mission, vision, and values; motivate people to commit to these tenets and do extraordinary things to achieve local business goals. Identify opportunities to improve operational processes through technology, automation, and standardization, while ensuring solutions align with business objectives and operational needs. Manage and report on performance within the department or area of responsibility; set appropriate performance objectives for direct reports and hold individuals accountable for achieving them; take appropriate corrective action where necessary to ensure the achievement of annual business objectives.
