Position : Associate Director-Transition Location : Hyderabad Shift : US Roles and Responsibilities Transitions: - This US healthcare specific new client/projects transitions - Work with SLT In India to meet the timelines - Work with Hiring and admin teams - Work with US transitions leaders to make sure we understand the needs and timelines - Contracting co-ordination if any - Creating and driving project plans - Network with different departments and leaders - Good Communication skills - Good Presentation skills and MS Project understanding etc - US healthcare basics - 10-12 years’ experience ( at least 2-3 years in transitions role ) - Program Manage business specific and PAN India projects if any - 1. Experience in Transition and Transformation - 2.
