We are seeking a Bellman & Driver to serve as a primary ambassador of the hotel. In this dual role, you will create exceptional first impressions by delivering safe, seamless transportation and attentive bell service. You will combine expert driving, local route knowledge, and luxury guest care with lobby management and warm hospitality to ensure unforgettable arrival and departure experiences. Driving & Transportation Services Maintain master-level driving skills and a thorough knowledge of vehicle capabilities, traffic rules, and local road conditions. Understand local driving habits to anticipate road hazards and ensure the absolute safety of guests, colleagues, and vehicles. Possess detailed local geographical knowledge to ensure punctual, efficient navigation without delays. Perform routine vehicle maintenance and cleanliness checks, ensuring the limousine setup is immaculate and ready prior to every service. Handle luggage loading efficiently, maximizing vehicle storage space, and professionally install various child safety seats to delight families. Coordinate smooth hotel transportation arrangements, including private vehicles, limousines, and external taxis. Bell Service & Lobby Operations Control lobby traffic and support day-to-day operations at the bell service desk while keeping the lobby area clean and tidy at all times. Greet, acknowledge, and welcome all guests warmly and professionally upon arrival. Provide prompt assistance with guest luggage and reliable luggage storage services. Coordinate accurate and timely delivery of guest messages, packages, and amenities to guest rooms. Assist guests requiring special attention and handle inquiries with promptness and care. Guest Relations & Product Knowledge Anticipate guest needs proactively and manage inquiries with a helpful, attentive, and solution-oriented attitude. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel products, services, room types, rates, facilities, F&B outlets, promotions, and spa offerings. Communicate fluently in English alongside the local operational language to engage effectively with international travelers. Collaborate seamlessly across all hotel departments to support team goals, assist in other areas when needed, and deliver unforgettable guest experiences. Not the right fit?
