The F&B Manager leads the hotel’s food and beverage operations across restaurants, bars, banquets and in-room dining, delivering exceptional guest experiences and strong financial results to five-star standards. Key responsibilities include planning and overseeing daily operations, setting and maintaining service standards, and working closely with the Executive Chef on menu development, pricing and quality. The F&B Manager prepares budgets and forecasts, monitors revenue, food and beverage costs and payroll, and builds promotions and initiatives that grow revenue. The role covers recruiting, scheduling, training and coaching the F&B team, building a positive and high-performing culture, handling guest feedback, and ensuring full compliance with hygiene, safety, licensing and company standards. Strong leadership, commercial awareness, excellent communication skills in English, and close collaboration with the General Manager and other departments are essential. Not the right fit?
