As Sr. People Partner for North Africa, you'll own the HR 360 partnership for Glovo's Morocco and Tunisia markets, driving talent density, retention and performance across teams led by two Operations Managers. Over the next 12-18 months, the mission is to build proactive, data-driven talent strategies that directly move the business, while embedding Glovo's high-performance culture across a fast-scaling, multicultural region.
THE JOURNEY
Partner with GMs and local management teams (M1/M2/IC3) across Morocco and Tunisia to align people strategy with business priorities.
Manage and support 2 OMs (Office Managers in Tunisia and Morocco).
Own full HR 360 processes end to end, working independently while staying aligned with global HR CoEs.
Use workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and recommend business-aligned solutions.
Influence, and where needed challenge, HR CoE-designed solutions (Rewards, L&D, Talent Management) so they fit local business needs.
Drive talent density and retention of key talent, partnering with leaders on performance management for both top and low performers.
Lead organizational design and reorg processes, balancing business outcomes with employee experience.
Ensure compliance with local labor law and work inspection requirements across both markets.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 4 years in full HR Generalist roles.
Fluency in English, French and Arabic.
Hands-on experience with HR Tech (HRIS, ATS) and reporting HR metrics.
Openness to travel to Tunisia approximately once a month.
Nice to have: people management experience, labor law context in Morocco and Tunisia, and experience in a multinational environment with structured processes and reporting.
