Responsibilities: Operational Duties Conduct regular inspections of roads to evaluate their condition and determine the need for maintenance of repairs. Assess Road wear, drainage issues, and structural integrity of surfaces, reporting on areas needing attention. Plan and design maintenance strategies based on road condition assessments, traffic volume and other factors. Collaborate with planners and supervisors to integrate engineering designs into practical maintenance schedule Performance Focus (QPC, Environment, OHS, Energy, Social) Oversee the implementation of maintenance activity, ensuring they follows the designed plan and quality standards. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth maintenance activity execution. Identify potential hazards and take appropriate action against those potential hazards Ensure the tidiness and cleanliness of the work area arranged to provide a healthy and safe environment at all times. Material testing and quality control to ensure materials meet the required standards. People and Development Responsibility to develop his/her capability to perform task/job Responsible to develop people in knowledge, skills, and practice undefined Reporting and Documentation Create and submit daily, weekly and monthly road maintenance with detailed engineering report.
