Position Description: Support the evolution of the US Medical Affairs Oncology digital Hub by organizing and structuring content to make information intuitive, searchable, and easy to navigate for both employees and emerging AI-powered tools. Help prepare organizational knowledge for AI-powered discovery and retrieval by reviewing existing resources, identifying duplicate, outdated, or difficult-to-find information, and applying consistent naming, categorization, metadata, tagging, and information architecture principles. Design and improve the knowledge experience within SharePoint, using user-centered design principles to create logical navigation, page structures, resource libraries, and content organization that help colleagues quickly find the right information.
