Join Maersk’s Contract Logistics business as a Site Manager and take ownership of the end to end operations of a logistics site, driving safe, efficient and customer-focused warehouse and fulfillment operations. In this role, you will lead site performance, people, customer delivery and operational excellence, while ensuring strong execution across inventory, warehousing and fulfillment activities. You will play a key role in driving productivity, cost efficiency and continuous improvement, while building a high-performing and safety-focused team. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end warehouse and site operations, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day execution Manage inbound, storage, inventory, picking, packing and outbound/fulfillment activities Drive operational excellence through effective planning, productivity management and continuous improvement Ensure inventory accuracy, proper storage practices and adherence to operational processes and controls Lead, coach and develop site teams, fostering a high-performance and safety-focused culture Monitor operational KPIs, identify performance gaps and implement corrective and improvement actions Ensure compliance with HSSE, quality, regulatory and company standards across the site Manage customer requirements and agreed service levels, ensuring a consistently high level of service delivery Manage site costs and resources effectively, identifying opportunities to improve productivity and profitability Drive a culture of continuous improvement, standardization and operational discipline across the site What We’re Looking For Proven experience in warehouse, contract logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations, preferably in a leadership/managerial role Strong experience managing large-scale or complex warehouse operations Demonstrated experience in people leadership, team development, and performance management Strong understanding of inventory management, warehousing processes and fulfillment operations Experience working with WMS and operational performance systems/tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions Strong customer focus and stakeholder management skills.
