Inside the Legal & Corporate Affairs Department in Rome, we are looking for a Legal Affairs specialist Mission Ensure that every appropriate legal assistance is provided in connection with any business transactions, both within and outside the ordinary course of business, including intercompany, finance transactions and protection/exploitation of intellectual property rights Activities Provide legal advice and assistance in the definition, drafting and negotiation of all kinds of commercial contracts, including public tenders and related agreements, purchase agreements, sponsorship agreements and intercompany agreements Provide legal assistance to business units in relation to procurement activities, tenders, and contractual documentation Liaise with internal stakeholders and external advisors on day-to-day legal matters Requirements Master’s degree in Law Preferably qualified as a lawyer in Italy 1-3 years’ PQE in a law firm or in-house legal department; experience in aerospace and defense sectors would be ideal Excellent knowledge of English language; knowledge of a second language (French, Spanish) would be an asset The candidate shall demonstrate strong analytical skills, sense of urgency and the ability to plan and manage multiple activities in parallel.
