Facilities Supervisor.

• 1. Organizes daily maintenance and support of the company`s engineering systems and equipment and hardware repairs;
  2. Ensures power supply, HVAC, water and sewerage supply, fire safety systems normal operation;
  3. Manages the necessary equipment and materials, is responsible for equipment and materials purchase, storage, inventory, distribution and rational use;
  4. Serves as single point of contact for daily Facility issues;
  5. Serves as single point of contact for the Landlord ensuring productive cooperation between companies and keeping company’s positive image;
  6. Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences;
  7. Protocols daily activities and task fulfilment in company’s provided software (JIRA, WIKI, etc.);
  8. Supervise and escort specialists and sub-contractors working with the building engineering systems;
  9. Performs other duties as assigned by the Direct Manager,
  10. Provides a sorted data and list of issues to Direct Manager to assist in preparation of short term and long term building maintenance plan;
  11. In collaboration with Direct Manager plans and controls capital repairs and ensure proper compliance of repair works;

• 1. Higher education in the field of Facility/Property Management or Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering;
  2. Excellent knowledge of Romanian and English. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an advantage;
  3. At least 3 years’ experience in similar position in field of facility management;
  4. Ability to read and understand technical execution drawings of the building engineering systems;
  5. Knowledge of industrial HVAC systems, Fire safety systems, electrical and low voltage infrastructure systems;
  6. Knowledge of Architectural and Structural engineering fundamentals;
  7. Knowledge of UPS units, Generators and ATS (automatic transition switch) will be considered as an advantage;
  8. Ability to work in a team;
  9. Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to get on with a wide range of people;
  10. Understaning and ability to read technical drawings, procedures, manufacturer’s maunals etc.;
  11. Ability to make decisions quickly;
  12. PC literacy - MS Word, MS Excel, AutoCad
