Job Description:
1. Serve as the primary technical interface during project development, responsible externally for confirming customer requirements, resolving technical issues, and coordinating external resources; internally collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop project plans, advance development progress, and coordinate internal R&D resources.
2. Create product design documentation based on customer requirements.
3. Act as the main technical interface during project quotation, liaising with domestic and international R&D teams to confirm technical feasibility and estimate development man-hours.
4. During market expansion, serve as the R&D liaison to customers, conducting technical promotion, market research, and forward-looking analysis.
5. Complete internal technical milestone releases.Define project R&D goals (financial, scheduling and quality goals)
6. Setup an initial project plan in accordance with the BU's valid processes (phases, deliverables, milestones/ ERs, etc.)
7. Track the project progress, define corrective measures if deviating form the plan
8. Install and perform professional change management
9. Perform risk assessment, control and steer the implementation of risk measures
