負責 Media Practice 的 AI 產品策略、交付與營運。該產品是為媒體規劃提供消費者與市場洞察的 AI 產品，串接真人消費者調查數據與媒體規劃多代理系統，主要服務媒體與成效行銷團隊的 Planner、Buyer、Optimizer，也運用在客戶提案。你將對使用者價值、採用、輸出品質、模型成本與資料合規負責。 Job Description: 產品策略與路線圖深入理解 Media Planner、Buyer、Optimizer 的工作流程，找出消費者洞察、受眾定義、媒體策略、預算配置、KPI 預估等場景的痛點與產品機會。維護「受眾、規劃、活化」路線圖，依使用者價值、資料可用性、技術可行性、成本與風險排定優先順序，並清楚說明不做什麼。追蹤外部 AI 與廣告科技工具及同業方案，評估尚未涵蓋的工作（例如成效行銷、下游執行）是否投入、何時投入。產品開發與 AI 品質撰寫產品需求文件，內容包含使用情境、使用者流程、資料需求、AI 輸出要求與驗收標準（評測集、錯誤容忍度、需要人工覆核的情境）。建立 AI 輸出的評估與回饋機制，檢查資料來源能否追溯、洞察是否合理、規劃是否可用，管理幻覺與錯誤引用數據的風險。管理開發進度、相依事項與交付風險，在品質、時程與成本之間提出取捨。與工程、數據、設計團隊合作，並和集團內其他 AI 產品（創意、洞察、消費者數位分身、內部 AI 平台）對齊介面、資料流與分工。內部導入與業務支援與各業務單位規劃試用、教育訓練與種子教師機制，推動同仁持續使用，並把產品融入日常流程。定期訪談與觀察使用者，把回饋轉成產品改善。支援業務團隊在客戶提案中運用 AI 產品，清楚說明產品能力、資料依據與使用限制。成效、成本與治理定義並追蹤採用與成效指標，包含目標使用者觸及、持續使用、任務完成率、作業時間節省、產出品質與提案應用案例。追蹤模型用量與費用，分析各使用情境的成本效益，並與工程團隊協作優化。與資料及治理團隊協作，落實調查數據與客戶資料的授權、權限與隱私要求，配合台灣與亞太區的產品治理審查。定期向主管與高階主管報告進度、採用、成本與風險，並協調各業務單位之間的需求衝突。資格條件理解媒體規劃或數位投放的流程與指標（受眾定義、預算分配、Reach／Frequency、CPM／CPA），能與 Planner、Optimizer 討論並轉成產品需求。理解生成式 AI 的能力與限制，能與工程團隊討論 Prompt、RAG、Agent、評測與人工覆核的取捨。中英文書面與口頭溝通流利。加分條件具媒體代理商、媒體方或廣告科技工作經驗。用過消費者調查數據。具 LLM 評測、Multi-agent 系統或 AI 成本優化經驗。推動過企業內部工具導入，例如教育訓練、種子使用者社群。參與過 AI 治理、資料隱私或資安審查。 Location: Taipei - No. 77, Songgao Rd., Xinyi Dist.
