Proactively communicate system performance, recommendations, and issue resolutions to customers. Document cases thoroughly and identify potential sales or service expansion opportunities, submitting them to Account Managers via the Tech Lead program. 4. Collaboration, Reporting & Regional Coverage Write and deliver professional, data-driven reports detailing building metrics, observations, trouble logs, and optimization recommendations. Partner with Account Managers, Project Managers, Account Engineers, and field staff to design and evaluate comprehensive client solutions. Participate in recurring regional meetings, training, and cross-regional dispatch support.
