The PositionHuman Resources Director - South Africa Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead the Human Resources function in South Africa - based in Centurion. The role will be responsible for ensuring that the organization has the people, leadership capabilities, organizational structure and employee relations framework required to support sustainable business performance. This position requires a strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations, strong leadership skills, strategic thinking and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders in a matrix/international environment. Reports to HR Vice President with a dotted line to Industrial Director Management of 4 HR managers (Payroll, Generalists).
