This role focuses on developing sales strategies, driving partner engagement, and delivering innovative solutions to meet customer needs. The Channel Manager ensures that all channel activities align with organizational goals to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to enhance collaboration and drive business growth Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the unique needs of channel partners, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives Apply solution-selling methodologies to position Zebra’s products and services effectively against competitors Provide product training, sales tools, and support to channel partners to enhance their ability to promote Zebra solutions Stay informed about market trends, partner needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Meet or exceed individual and team revenue targets, ensuring partner satisfaction Makes decisions of moderate complexity that impact deliverables of projects: exercises judgement in approach, sometimes requiring and assessing trade offs Understands policies and practices related to role and shares ideas for improvement Qualification: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or master’s Degree or equivalent qualification. 2 to 5 Years of experience into Channel Partner Management. Management (Ideally hardware or AIDC-Automated Integrated Data Capture, or security surveillance- including IoT Products or handling networking products). Base Location: NOIDA/NCR Region Preferred Qualification: Preferable from hardware or AIDC industry, or security surveillance- including IoT Products or handling networking products exposure. Exposure to End User Customer Partnership(s) Identification and Prospecting of Channel Partners initialization Experience with Partner onboarding.
