What You Will DoMonitor, control, and maintain cutting-edge systems across an expansive IT infrastructure.Validate system events and alerts, executing preventative tasks to maintain stability.Escalate potential outages or abnormal situations swiftly using a proactive approach.Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, sharing actionable insights on best practices and resource utilization.Solve technical and business challenges by providing innovative, seamless operational solutions.Collaborate with diverse teams and technical specialists on strategic, cross-functional projects.Interact directly with customers to understand their unique needs and facilitate successful, cohesive partnerships.

Preferred Skills and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related fields.Windows Server certification.CCNA/CCNP certification.
