Line of Service Internal Firm Services Industry/Sector Business Services Specialism Technology Strategy Management Level Manager Job Description & Summary About this Role: We are seeking an experienced Manager to support the end-to-end delivery for a large, complex global client within our Finance Managed Solutions practice. This role is accountable for managing a multi-location delivery team (onshore and offshore), ensuring high-quality, timely finance outputs across multiple jurisdictions. A key focus of the role is overseeing the reconciliation of local GAAP books to IFRS, alongside managing a dedicated audit support function to deliver a seamless audit experience. The role combines operational leadership, global stakeholder management, and continuous improvement, with a strong emphasis on driving standardisation, quality, and service excellence across global processes. A critical aspect of the role will be liaising closely with PwC global network firms and client stakeholders across multiple locations to ensure consistent delivery and alignment. What your days will look like: Deliver finance managed services for a global client, meeting agreed SLAs, KPIs and quality standards. Manage IFRS reconciliations and audit support across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Coordinate onshore and offshore teams to deliver high-quality work and manage priorities effectively. Build strong client and stakeholder relationships, providing updates on performance, risks and issue resolution. Monitor service delivery, manage risks, and drive process improvements, standardisation and automation. Lead and develop finance teams, supporting resource planning and partnering with senior leadership on strategic priorities.
