Become part of our team and shape a future in which clear vision Your role As Manager / Executive Assistant to the CFO of the ZEISS Segment Consumer Markets you will be responsible for a challenging range of duties requiring independent thinking and action at Board-level, work closely with the CFO and support her in strategic and operational issues as part of our focused strategy. In addition, you will: Compile analyses and develop concepts for key areas of business development. Plan, manage, and implement cross-functional projects (business development, M&A, org development). Lead cross-functional projects and project teams Prepare strategic decisions and Management Board resolutions. Create strategy updates, executive speeches, and presentations. Extensive professional experience at one of the leading management consultancies or in leading positions at high-growth start-ups Outstanding analytical competence, strategic and outside-the-box thinking Proven lateral leadership of large, interdisciplinary teams and management of complex projects. Enjoy working in an agile way in networked, diverse and cross-functional teams with strong communication skills and a can-do attitude. Fluent in English (German is a plus); passion for innovation and new technologies.
