Recognizes patient's abnormalities or urgent problems and seeks appropriate assistance. Obtains health history information. Obtains accurate vital signs and recognizes variances. Teaches techniques or provides information according to established program. Documents procedures and treatment in each patient's record. Communicates information to other members of the health care team. Provides the patient and family with current and accurate information regarding the procedure and care. Provides direct care individualized to the patient's needs. Anticipates urgent or emergent patient situations and responds appropriately. Who We’re Looking For: Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing required. Possesses a current Nebraska state license or current compact state license as a practical nurse required. Previous experience using an electronic medical record required. CPR Certification required.
