The ideal candidate will provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals experiencing trauma-related disorders, supporting their journey toward recovery and resilience. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with trauma-related mental health concerns. Provide trauma-informed therapy using evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, CBT, DBT, or other trauma-specific interventions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical providers, to coordinate care. Qualifications: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field. Active and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) in the state of Georgia. Demonstrated experience and training in trauma-focused therapy modalities. Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Preferred: Certification or advanced training in trauma-specific therapies (e.g., EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT). Experience working in a hospital or integrated health system setting.
