Job Description Overview As a Project Clerk, you provide essential administrative and secretarial support to project managers and engineering teams, ensuring smooth operations and accurate documentation. Your role Assist the engineering team in the preparation and submission of statutory documents. Responsible for coordinating, consolidating and accuracy checking of the submission documents. Manage and update of the document / submission registers. Perform other administrative tasks including letter drafting, photocopying, scanning, submission logistic arrangement. Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Line Manager and Engineer. Occasional support in documents submission and delivery to Building Department / Client offices. About you Diploma Holder or above in any disciplines. Previous work experience in the construction / engineering sector would be an advantage. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Good knowledge of MS Office. Be self-motivated with good coordination and interpersonal skills. Immediate Available would be an advantage.
