About the role This role is part of the Professional Services organization, supporting customer-funded projects across North American Banking and Payments. You will develop and deploy software solutions tailored to client requirements, partnering with customers and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet defined business and technical needs. Your key responsibilities Product enhancements and customizations to CONNEX on HP Nonstop software application. Analyze requirements, create estimates, detailed designs, write code, and test software changes. Collaborate with product, customer support, SRE and other areas to ensure timely delivery of customer funded projects. Create and revise all technical documentation related to coding and development. Support software clients, pre-sales and Implementations in a tech consulting role. What you bring Required qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in software development on Hp Nonstop, preferably on Connex or Base24 applications. Proven expertise in software development and tech consulting in the payments space. Programming experience with TAL, COBOL, SCOBOL. Experience with Pathway, Enscribe, and SQL systems. Good understanding of Debit Card payment processing environment and ATM driving. Preferred qualifications Proficiency in agentic AI would be an added advantage.
