Key Responsibilities Cross-portfolio solution leadership Act as the lead technical voice for infrastructure pursuits and orchestrate NTT solutions in Thailand (hybrid cloud, data center, network and SD-WAN, cybersecurity, digital workplace, managed services, data and AI) into one coherent offer. Coordinate with other NTT business units, domain specialists and global or regional teams to bring in the right expertise and reuse proven reference architectures. Keep a view of the full solution portfolio and spot cross-sell and up-sell opportunities in existing accounts. Opportunity and bid support Partner with Account Managers and Sales Leads on opportunity qualification, account planning and pursuit strategy. Run discovery workshops, assess customer environments and translate business needs into technical requirements. Design target architectures, sizing, bills of materials and high-level pricing inputs with delivery and commercial teams. Lead RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, technical proposals, solution presentations, demos and proof-of-concepts. Work with Delivery, Legal, Risk and Finance on scope, assumptions, risks and handover so the solution sold is the solution that can be delivered. Technical leadership and enablement Mentor and guide junior presales engineers and solution architects; set solution and proposal quality standards. Build and maintain reusable presales assets: solution templates, reference architectures, case studies and competitive positioning. Run internal sales enablement sessions so sales teams can position the infrastructure and cross-portfolio offering with confidence. Customer and partner engagement Serve as trusted advisor to customer CIOs, IT heads and architects, including at executive briefings and customer events. Manage technical relationships with key vendors and technology partners (for example cloud hyperscalers, networking, compute, storage and security vendors). Track market trends, competitor moves and Thailand regulatory requirements (for example PDPA and sector-specific rules) and feed them into the go-to-market approach. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or a related field (Master's preferred). 8+ years in IT infrastructure, with at least 4 years in presales, solution architecture or technical consulting for enterprise customers. Proven record of leading technical solutions for large, multi-domain deals in the Thai or wider ASEAN market. Hands-on breadth across at least two of: hybrid/multi-cloud, data center (compute, storage, virtualization), enterprise networking, cybersecurity, digital workplace, managed services. Relevant certifications are a plus, such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, VMware, Cisco (CCNP/CCIE), Palo Alto, TOGAF or ITIL. Fluent Thai and English (spoken and written); Japanese is an advantage. Competencies Technical Solution architecture and design across hybrid cloud, data center, network and security domains. Sizing, TCO/ROI modelling and cost-to-serve awareness for managed services and multi-year contracts. Understanding of how infrastructure connects to data, AI and application modernization. Commercial and behavioral Consultative selling: turns customer pain points into clear, differentiated value propositions. Strong storytelling and executive-level presentation skills in Thai and English. Collaboration across business units, vendors and global teams without direct authority. Ownership of deal quality, deadlines and risk, with sound judgment under pressure. Coaching mindset and a habit of sharing knowledge.
