What You'll Do Support day-to-day manufacturing engineering activities to ensure efficient and reliable production operations. Participate in process improvement projects focused on quality, productivity, cost, and cycle-time optimization. Assist in investigating manufacturing issues and implementing corrective and preventive actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance, to resolve operational challenges. Support process validation, equipment qualification, and manufacturing documentation activities. Contribute to root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives using structured problem-solving methodologies. Assist with manufacturing data analysis and reporting to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Support new product introductions and engineering change implementation within the manufacturing environment. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. What You Bring Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Interest in manufacturing processes, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute within a team-oriented environment. Nice to Have Internship, industrial attachment, or project exposure within a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement concepts. Exposure to manufacturing data analysis and process optimization projects.
