Datenbasierte Prozessoptimierung: Einsatz von Process Mining, Analytics und KI zur Analyse und Optimierung von Materialflüssen, Beständen, Kapazitäten und Durchlaufzeiten. IT-Systeme & Automatisierung: Weiterentwicklung und Integration von ERP-, WMS-, TMS- und Automatisierungssystemen sowie Pilotierung und Skalierung innovativer Lösungen. Optimierung logistischer Kernprozesse: Analyse, Planung und Verbesserung von Wareneingangs-, Rampen-, Yardmanagement-, Bereitstell- und Kommissionierprozessen unter Berücksichtigung automatisierter Lager- und Fördertechnik. Materialfluss- & Wertstromgestaltung: Analyse und Optimierung von Material- und Informationsflüssen, Lagerstandorten, Transportwegen und Lieferantenverpackungen mittels Wertstromanalysen und Wertstromdesign. Schnittstellenmanagement & Projektarbeit: Abstimmung und Optimierung funktionsübergreifender Logistikprozesse sowie aktive Mitarbeit und Unterstützung bei strategischen und operativen Logistikprojekten.
