Job Title Customer Order Intern (all genders) Job Description Join our team as a Customer Order Intern with English and support the dynamic Nordic market. In this role, you will play a crucial role in managing customer orders, collaborating with stakeholders, and contributing to the standardization of sales support team workflows. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in order management and supply chain operations within Philips Health Systems' Ultrasound product portfolio. Your role: Supporting the process to complete and correct the order information until the order is ready to be booked. Collecting missing information from the specialists in the sales organization. Updating relevant systems with actual data & creating and updating relevant reports. Supporting team in defining areas for process improvements. You're the right fit if: You are a student of at least 2nd year of studies. You are available to work at lest 30h/ week. You are fluent in English (at least B2), good level of German will be an added value. You have computer literacy (MS Windows, MS Office), good communication and analytical skills.
