Objective of the position: The position will be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of daily wholesale operations within the Dealer Credit Department. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented professional capable of managing multiple priorities, maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment, and delivering exceptional support to stakeholders. Indispensable Requirements (Candidates who do not meet these requirements may be discarded): Highly proficient in the English language, both written and verbal. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Previous experience in credit analysis or a related field is preferred but not required English level: C1+ Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Main Functions: Provide customer service and administrative support to dealers, customers, manufacturers, Dealer Credit, and internal departments regarding wholesale accounts and dealer financing. Respond to inquiries, research issues, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner, etc. Process and monitor wholesale transactions, maintain records, and ensure required approvals are obtained in accordance with established policies and procedures. Review, analyze, and monitor operational reports, taking appropriate action to resolve issues and support business objectives. Monitor and follow up on payment transactions and refunds to ensure timely and accurate completion. Establish and maintain borrower and dealer account records, ensure required documentation is completed, and communicate account status updates to stakeholders.
