Twój zakres obowiązków: Wsparcie klientów w ramach procesów i usług Polcard from Fiserv; Obsługa banków, posiadaczy kart i punktów akceptujących karty płatnicze; Komunikacja z klientami (email oraz telefon) oraz obsługa ich zapytań; Dbanie o najwyższe standardy pracy i zadowolenie klientów.
