Performance shall include: Assesses, identifies and communications recommendations for improvements of policies, procedures, or systems. Identifies threats, vulnerabilities, and potential risks. Drafts security incident reports and briefs government and civilian agencies including military senior leaders. Manages uniformed escort personnel and associated logs; assigns, trains, briefs site security duties and ensures timely reporting of security incidents to site lead. Follow and enforce customers’ Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Perform miscellaneous administrative support functions as directed by the contractor site lead and/or the Senior Security Representative Shall conduct inspections of materials being delivered for utilization in construction of secure spaces. Will photograph and continuously monitor the construction of secure spaces and document all steps in order to support final accreditation packets. Required Experience: 1+ years related experience Education: Bachelor’s degree (Desired) Bachelor’s degree counts as four years of experience, Associate’s degree in related area counts as two years of experience. Education Experience Equivalents: Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) counts towards 3 years of experience. Special Program Security Certification (SPSC) counts towards 5 years of experience. Maximum equivalent experience for SPED Certifications is no more than 5 years. Other Requirements: Complete additional safety training and/or certification as required by local site (i.e., OSHA 10 Construction Safety, OSHA Fall Protection and OSHA Confined Space) within the first 30 days of hire. Must obtain CDSE STEPP ICD 705 Physical Security Construction Requirements for SAP course completion within the first 30 days of hire. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
